Dear Swapnil, being M.Tech. from IIT in CSE proves two things for you. One you are an intelligent and hard working person and second, no business school can ever teach you more in computers. Therefore, pursuing MBA(IT) would be total waste of time. Ideally, You must pursue MBA(international business) but that requires work experience, so, go for MBA(finance). Now by proposing these two specializations, I am trying to convey that expand your horizon keeping in mind that after 10-12 years as senior position holder in any organization, you will have cutting edge over your contempories. The specialization subject should not be generally taken up based on the graduation level subject. It must be selected based on what kind of work you would want to do or what kind of career you would like to have for yourself. For example if you evaluate yourself to be good in marketing then go for marketing as your specialization subject. If you are intrested in finance then let it be so. If you want a teachnical oriented career then go for specialization in IT Infrastructure.

Since you have done MTech in CSE from IIT Bombay, the best specialization for you would be IT and systems followed by Operations.
For MBA in IT and systems, best option would be PGDCM from IIM Calcutta.
For MBA in operations, best options are NITIE and SJMSOM
Last option for you should be MBA in marketing. This would help you get the job of Product management in IT companies. But here, you should try getting into any one of IIMs, FMS, XLRI, MDI, SPJAIN, NMIMS and ISB.
    All the best.
