i did my schooling in tamil medium.i want 2 study ms in abroad.can i do it?

Yes you can.
You have to fulfill 2 requirements though:
1) Get your marksheets/certificates in English
2) Take the TOEFL and score above 100 atleast.
If you can fulfill the above mentioned requirements, you can apply for study abroad in English Speaking countries.
