    No, you are not eligible for that, as this university doesn't even do that in the case of management quota also.

    No, you won't be eligible to apply for B.Tech if you have not given VITEEE exam.

    Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore (VIT University) offers admission only through their specialized entrance test VITEEE. I f have not appeared for the test and still want admission then you have to enter through the management quota but that is not recommended and is too costly too.
