I did not complete BCs-CS from BU in 2003-1 paper pending. Attempted 1 time sitting from Periyar Dostance in 2011. Will this b valid/genuine

Hi: I attempted BSc-Computer Science (Annual scheme) from Bangalore University from a reputed college in Bangalore from 2000-2003 some arrears in 2004 but still have 1 paper pending. I attempted Periyar Distance course for BSc-CS. Will this be valid and genuine for me to show to employers?
