I did not get hall ticket for 2nd PUC due to attendance shortage and authorities are asking to apply as private candidate. What can I do?

3 month me clear krne hoga app mujhe sahayata kar skte ho  me to abhi padhi nhi kiya he but app mujhe Keh Skt  ho kese padhai karu jese 70 percent above ayega
