I did not get qualifying marks which was compulsory for gen/obc 35% .can I get admission in affiliated colleges

Hello,This year, Banaras Hindu University administration take this ironically decision that minimum percentage should be 35% at least. This will be same for affiliated colleges too.
But, one supporting vibes in your case that if about 50% will be vacant them this cutoff will be only for main campus.
Don't feel negative.
