I did not give IMUCET. Can I join IMU in B.Sc nautical science?

    You can join Tolani Maritime Institute through IMU CET only. It is mandatory from 2016 for someone to give TMISAT after you pass IMUCET.
    TMI from 2016 will come under IMU and not under BITS.
    So, you can't get admission without giving IMUCET.
