I did not have computers in class 12th. Can I opt for computer science in graduation? I have completed 12th class from CBSE.

Hi Sachin, Hope you are doing good. It is absolutely fine to select computer Science even if you don't have computer in your 12th. But just make sure you get habituated with using computer. Also in your free time start learning any basic programming language like C, Python etc. Hope this helps you.

Yes, for computer Science, it is not mandatory to have computer in class 12th. You only Have to qualify JEE. And without computer in your 12th, you can get computer science but maths is mandatory in class 12th. Then, you will get admission in engineering. Good luck.

Yes, mine was the same case. If your 12th subject is something different other than Computer. Don't worry. You can opt for CS. Only thing is in the first year you will feel a little awkward if you are not familiar with programming. Though it is not a big deal. You can always learn. So, final answer
