Yes, if a candidate has not participated in the first two rounds, he/she is still eligible to participate in the mop-up round of Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling 2024. The mop-up round will only be conducted if the seats remain vacant in the second round of Tamil Nadu NEET PG Counselling. However, it is mandatory to register for the Tamil Nadu NEET PG 2024 counselling at the official website.
