6 years agoHello Rudranath, Of course yes. Non clearance of JEE Mains only means that you can not seek admission in any NIT or IIT or CFTI. But there some great institutions outside this where you can still apply. Deemed to be universities, colleges in your state, studying outside India are the options that you can think of exploring.
