How about a 'Certificate Program in Project Management.' With CPPM on your CV, your career opportunities multiply many folds. Further, you could appear for the PMP (Project Management Professional) examination of the Project Management Institute, USA which makes a specialist in Project Management.

Dear Nandkishore, you are fortunate to work in a core sector MNC which many mechanical engineers are not able to do. As of now concentrate on your work and career for another few years. Later, you may do one year executive MBA from some reputed institute.
