I didn't attend my final year B.Com exams of MU (IDOI) for some medical reasons. Have I failed or can I reappear for the exams?

If you have paid your last year fee, then it won't be a problem, or else authorities will ask you to pay the fee and procedure may vary. But, paying your fee will get you admission card to exams. Even I didn't attend the final year exam, but I could get my hall ticket.
