Yes, you can enroll for a 3 year law. DU has it's own entrance test. CCSU has it's applications open till 18.06.2019. Also, look for private university.

B.Com can be done without writing the 10+2 exam through distance learning mode like from IGNOU etc. But, for admission in LLB course, you needs to complete the 10+2 also. Hence, you are not eligible for admission.
