I didn't get any NLU via CLAT. Where to get admission to study law as BALLB in a private law university? I want to prepare for UPSC.

I didn't get any NLU. I'm a PCM student and want to prepare for UPSC & study law via BALLB. But I'm very confused now. Where should I go for the study? I mean which city & in which private law university? I'm from Bihar & you know Bihar's environment is not good for study.

There are many other colleges apart from Symbiosis University that you can apply to where you can prepare for UPSC, as well.
