    Hi Megha Mohan, Kindly advise you to wait for the second counseling notification in case seats are still left. According to the updated information, Second round of allotment and downloading of provisional admission recommendation letter (without award of scholarship/ fellowship) from ICAR date is
    September 23, 2018 (To be declared after 5 pm)
