I didn't get seat in any of the 6 rounds. Can I get a seat in round 7 in SPA?

I got 87.5% in JEE, CRL rank is 30284 & SC category rank is 1801.

    I don't think you will get a seat in spa in 7th round at this rank. Chances are very less.
