I didn't have CS in my 12 th standard can I take b tech in CS. Will it affect my academic performance in b tech CS.

That won't be major issue, B.Tech is a four year course, you have plenty of time to learn the basics. Not everyone come there to study, being expert in the subject. Your 1st year would often be basics.
