I didn't have mathematics in 11th and 12th. Will I have a problem in giving the entrance test of B.Com(Hons.) in Christ University?

No, there will be no problem in giving entrance exam there.

If you don't have Maths in your 11th or 12th then I think maybe you will suffer from little bit of difficulties. But as B.Com (Hons) is a field of commerce then others subject will be easy at some level.
