I didn't send my MAT Sep 2017 score as on the application form. How do I send them to colleges now?

I had written MAT Sep 2017 and scored good marks. I scored 654/800 with a composite percentile of 85.28. I chose not to send my marks, but now, I want to apply for a few colleges.

    Hello Sohail,
    You can individually apply to colleges of your choice now.
    And also, most of the colleges will approach you even if you haven't applied to them, as they keep the MAT exam score database with them.
