I didn't study CS in 12th. Can I opt for CSE or IT in B.Tech?

    Yes, why not? Maximum students who can't study computer as the main subject in class 12th take admissions in BE/B.Tech, B.Sc and BCA, not only in CSE, but in every branch, it is not necessary that you learn that subject in your 10+2.
