Aap far as I know you can do but like dse, jnu that famous are having eligibility criteria for Maths. But like Mumbai University and IGNOU doesn't require but it's my advice to you take Maths economics and Statistics in Bachelors it'll give you more scope than only 6 papers theory of economics. Do hardwork in Bachelor's with Maths you'll find your ways easier when you go for higher studies or any entrance exam or any job interview test. That will help you a lot. Good luck.

As per my knowledge and my opinion, if you want to go for Bachelors in economics honors, decomposition of mathematics subject depends on University to University, like if you talk about Delhi University, it requires mathematics, as one of the compulsory subjects in class 12th. It doesn't matter how much marks you scored in, but you must have studied the subject in your class 12th, but the composition of mathematics, where is from University to University, you can't say that all universities require mathematics, as a compulsory subject.
