I didn't take LLB Common Entrance Test, can I join a law college? If yes, can you suggest some colleges?

Every top ranked college accept admission based on the score attained in Entrance Exam. It is advisable to you to appear for an entrance exam to get admission in good colleges and every college is different and hence there admission criteria also varies. You can also check the eligibility criteria of the course on their official website.
