I didn't write LPUNEST but qualified in jee mains with AIR 41654.Can I join in LPU university?

    Lovely Professional University (LPU) is indeed a well-known university in India that has gained recognition for its academic excellence and infrastructure. LPU has been accredited with an NAAC A++ grade, which is the highest grade of accreditation given by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

    The minimum eligibility criteria of B.Tech.(Mechanical Engineering (ME)) is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST*.

    It is mandatory to qualify LPUNEST test for admission. Jee Mains only considered for scholarship.

    You can take direct admission in LPU without appearing for LPUNEST only if you have scored 80 percentile or more in JEE Mains.

  • Dear Sumanth, even if you didn't write LPUNEST exam, you can go for admission in LPU on basis of your JEE marks. Minimum marks required in JEE are 74. In case, marks scored in 10+2 are 90% or above, then LPUNEST or JEE Main will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission. Check the link below for details
