Dear,
you can't do B.com but yes you can do diploma course like DBA or DCA and can complete within short span of time ie 1yr only.For further detail mail your ualification detail on shally740@gmail.com will send you detail regarding course ,fees etc

Without 10th, you can not pursue any degree or diploma. For pursuing technical diploma/industrial diploma, 10th pass is mandatory. For degree, 12th pass is mandatory. Without 10th, you can do ITI course.
