I discontinued B.com in 2004. I failed in 3 papers in the 3rd year. Is it possible for me to write only those 3 again or do i start fresh ?

I have one paper from 1st year and two from final year left. My University is Osmania University, Hyderabad. Can i just write those 3 papers or do i have to apply from start ? Also how genuine are these one sitting degrees ? Can i get a job if i obtain such a degree ?
