I discontinued my degree from a deemed university after 2nd year. Is there any way to complete it? If yes, will this degree be valid?

I've discontinued my B.Sc after 2nd year. Currently I'm working and it's kind of a good job. Now, I feel like completing my graduation, so that it'Il help me in growing my career. I'm thinking about fastrack degree. Is it approved by UGC? Will I be able to apply for govt job wit tht? I'm 23 yrs old.
