I discontinued my degree from BRAOU after 2nd year in 2017. Can I continue it now?

Both the open universities offer BCom/ BCom (H) course. Yes, you can do a B.Ed course from BROU while working as a constable. Many universities, including open and distance learning institutions, allow working professionals to pursue B.Ed through part-time or distance mode.
