join Sam Higginbotom Institute Of Agriculture Technology and Sciences, SHIATS, allahabad, Uttar Pradesh for Ba,(honours) psychology programme or IGNOU for private Ba.

Basic degree is only for eligibility criteria, you can clear bank PO or clerical examination with right planning & preparation.
