    if your degree is approved by UGC or joint committee UGC-DEC-AICTE then you can do

    Hi! ya you are eligible to do any Post Graduation regular after passing or getting your bachelor degree in whether it is distance learning mode or regular mode. You must check your eligiblity criteria of Utkal University for PG course. Thank You.
