I do not have a good physical health,but I can study very well.can I do Mechanical Engineering

I scored 85.4% in 12th CBSE board,52 marks in jee main 2013.I am physically weak but can develop upon it in a period of time.

Why not. You can surely do mechanical Engg if it interests you. There many job which does not require sturdy phisique. Design, engineering and computer aided design and drawings are soft jobs. Teaching is another area. R&D is another challanging area.
