I do not have Biology subject in Class 12th. Can I still pursue M.Sc Botany?

No, without having Biology as your core subject in Class 12, you are not eligible to opt for an MSc in Botany. Botany is a specialisation of Biology subject which includes topics like Genetics, Cell Biology, Microbiology, etc.
