I do not have math's subject in Class 12. I want to pursue BA in Animation. Is math's subject compulsory for admission in Animation courses?

Yes, you can pursue animation after your 12th irrespective of your stream. However, different colleges have different eligibility hence you have to check all the requirement before you apply depending upon the college.
