I do not understand c+ programming language. What to do?

If it is necessary to learn this language for you then start from basics. There are many free tutorials available on youtube.

Start from the basics. Firstly, learn all the basic concepts of the language then try to code them by you. If any errors faced just Google the problem, Stack Overflow will surely sort out each problem of yours.

Start by writing simple steps what you want to do. Then, search on internet by which syntax in C+ can you implement that.

Hello Pratyush, from stated problem, it seems out that you are not comfortable with C+ language. I think you have directly jumped to C+ skipping C language.
