I don't have a 50% in my graduation and hence, I am not allowed to sit for CAT. Seems like my career is all over. Do I still have a chance?

Due to health issues I couldn't perform well in my grads. I only managed to get 49.4% in my economic hons. I have a work exp of 3 years in a good organization. But I want to pursue MBA. I really need help with this because in India almost all the good colleges have an eligibility criteria of 50%.
