I don't have a caste certificate to submit during counseling. It is missing. Will it effect during counseling?

The Caste Certificate ensures the Benefits of Reservation meant for the candidate. At the time of counselling, they allot seats and consider the reservation benefits for that. Without a caste certificate, it will be difficult to claim the benefits. However, if you have some photocopy or have time to

I have a obc certificate. I belong to this category. My obc certificate was issued on 16th April 2015. But the university requires a obc certificate issued on 1st January 2024. I don't have this . What should I do now! The last date of the Counselling is 15th May.
