I don't have any work experience. Can I get admission in Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur with XAT exam score?

Yes, if you have scored well then you can take GD and PI and you can take admission in Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur.

Yes of course you can get admission. Work experience doesn't matter that much when you are opting for admission. You need to study hard to get a good score in XAT and then you need to give good GDPI to convert the call. Good luck.
