If you do not have scores in JEE Main, still, you are eligible for counseling in MP for BE (Bachelor of Engineering) through MP Online portal for admission in engineering college in MP. Some colleges in MP accept admissions based on MHT-CET scores. If you have given MHT-CET, then you can also appear
