I don't have Mathematics as my subject in 11th and 12th Grade , will it be an issue for opting for BBA as my higher studies?

Not at all, -BBA in most universities is open for all streams so dont worry. -
No it will not be a problem for you provided your basics in maths till 10th are good -
No, its not mandatory to have Mathematics as a subject for opting BBA
