I don't have maths background in B.Sc. I done course on Microbiology Biochemistry computer science.Can I join M.Sc computer science.

As per the eligibility criteria of Osmania University, Mathematics and Computer Science/Computer Applications subjects are mandatory at graduation level. So you are not eligible for M.Sc. Computer Science of Osmania University College for Women.
