I don't have maths in my 12th standard, can I apply for B.A. Hons in Delhi college for arts and commerce.

Yes, for Arts and Commerce, the eligibility says students must have passed class 12th with minimum 60%. Your stream can vary. So, there is no problem regarding the Arts and Commerce Stream. But, some Colleges may ask for Maths for Commerce Field. -
