I don't have maths/IP/computer science in 12th (arts). Can I pursue BCA course?

BCA Eligibility Candidates who wish to pursue BCA course must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria. Pass in 10+2 examination in any stream from a recognized board of education. English as a subject of study. A minimum aggregate score of 45% at 10+2 level. Some colleges prefer students from Science stream or those who have studied Mathematics and Computer Science at 10+2 level. BCA Admission For admission to BCA course, a student must fulfill the basic eligibility criteria as mentioned above. Admission to regular BCA course is generally done through a common entrance test conducted by respective universities. IPU-CET, SET are a few entrance tests conducted by some top institutes for providing admission to the course. Application process for BCA entrance test usually starts in the month of May and June. Students have to apply to respective institutes in both online as well as offline modes. BCA Selection Process The selection for admission to BCA is generally based on the performance in the written test. Certain universities like the Christ University, Bangalore, also conduct a personal interview for selection to the program. The final selection is based on the cumulative performance in written test, personal interview and qualifying examination.
