I don't have obc Certificate. Can I get admission in nits, gftis?

The OBC Certificate is needed if you are claiming for the benefits of the category or already applied under the OBC category. Otherwise simply you can apply through the general category, by this you will not need to produce any caste Certificate. So you can get admission in NITs and GFTIs if applied
