Hello, I appreciate that you want to prepare for for the Most prestigious Job of an IAS.
General candidates get 4 attempts till they attain 30 yrs of Age. You need to have a bachelor's degree in any stream. You can also appear in the exam if you are awaiting your final results for bachelor's.
