I don't know programming language java.Can I study .net course?I am a B.tech eiectronics and communication graduate.

Yes of course you can study .net course.
.net is totally different from JAVA.
MBA in IT/ Systems can also be a better option for you.

You can opt for any language, but make sure what ever you choose u should practice it regularly, then only you can perform well and can become well versed in that.
