Your confusion is not a life confusion but a career oriented one. You need to see and share which subjects you are good at and willing to keep for 12th. If there is a slight chance of not going for Medical which is not a short term thing and it demands a lot of investment if time and money as well then See if your interest and strength is Maths and Non Medical subject than may lead to Engineering. If you love to help people my curing them and serving humanity, then go to medical, if you love to study about machine, computer, building and making world a better place to live then go to engineering.
