I don't like B.Tech after completing Diploma. What should I do?

Not necessary, it is your choice. If you are interested in continuing your study to gain more knowledge then you can do B.Tech after completing your Diploma in the respective engineering branch through lateral entry to get admission in B.Tech 2nd year directly. But it is advisable to complete your D
