I don't understand proper details for the BBA course.

I am for commerce without maths background.

This is not mandatory for every college to having Maths with commerce. Some colleges are allowed that commerce students + Maths are only get admission but BBA is the course of management so Maths is not mandatory. In BBA you will learn about how to manage the things and apply the things.
