I don't want to go for M.Tech. My interest is more towards MBA. Which stream is better: finance & marketing?

I'll suggest you to opt for finance as there is great scope in this field in India as the Indian market has a lot more to do in the Fintech field and as you are from CSE department you can develop new environment in this field.
