Yes, You can apply. You have 2 options : Option1: Apply for the Cardiff Metropolitan University, Uk which does not require an Entrance Exam. Option 2: Apply for AICTE Approved MBA: Complete the Admission process. If you get a provisional Offer letter, then give the May MAT or CMAT.
