I done 12th with 65 percent but I have only 43 marks in maths. Am I eligible to write VITEEE?

No, The students applying for the entrance exam to the B.Tech program must have a minimum percentage of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology in their Class 12 in order to get eligible for attending the VITEEE. Since you have got 43% in your Maths you are not eligible to write the VITEEE exam.
